Do not enter sensitive data (health, for example) in the concierge. For an allergy or accessibility need, contact the venue directly.
Audience measurement
We count visits with our own tool, hosted at Hostinger with the site. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device. Page addresses are recorded without the part after “?” or “#”: what you type into the concierge is never sent. The data is not sold, not combined with other data and not used to follow you on other sites. The country is estimated from your browser’s time zone.

Recipients
The champagne.direct team and our host Hostinger (site hosting and technical logs) can access your data. Emails you send us, including through the business form, arrive in a Gmail inbox provided by Google. Official sites and booking platforms you click through to receive your data only when you visit them, under their own policy.
Transfers outside the European Union
If a processor handles data outside the EU, an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses cover the transfer.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time and to set directives on what happens to your data after your death. Write to us: . We reply within one month.
